Cindy Best is the Chief Operations Officer and Co-founder of the Treatment Implementation Collaborative, LLC.  She has over 40 years of experience working in Marketing and Operations with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Drawing on her extensive organizational skills, Cindy spent five years supporting over 400 lawyers at the Seattle-based law firm, Preston Gates & Ellis LLP and six years as the Director of Marketing with Behavioral Tech, LLC.  She has extensive experience with the development of training programs and the operational systems required to support broad based implementation plans. Cindy has managed all "behind the scenes" activities for TIC since 2010.
